Child Care Center Tours

We do offer full & part time care at this facility.  Attendance more than 4 hours per day is full time and less than 4 hours is part time.  Contracts are required for set days

Payments are due weekly prior to the week of care.  Exceptions are not made to this contract requirement.   All families are required to enroll in autopay.  Families can opt to pay biweekly or monthly based upon what is best for your family as well but these options also require payment being received prior to weeks of care via autopay.  We do not accept cash, cc, or check payments. 

We do accept the Community Child Care Assistance program for ages 5 & Up only.  If you have an already approved case we require a copy of your approval letter and completion of change of provider form upon enrollment.  If you do not have these items you are enrolled as private pay and weekly payments are required until approved.  

Our contracted enrollment rates are already drastically discounted.  We do not offer addition discounts of any type.

All set rates are listed below. We do not negotiate rates at our facility. 

We do not waive fees or offer discounts on contracted tuition fees if a family takes their child out of care for vacation, etc. 

We are open on Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Casimir Pulaski Day, Good Friday, Columbus Day, Veterans Day. 

We are closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas

We offer School Teacher contracts.  These spots are by the district you teach in and you are only charged on weeks your child attends.  You will not be charged for Winter and summer breaks if you wish to keep your child home. Your child's spot is always available to them and they can still attend full breaks or part time on breaks.   If your child does not attend breaks their spot is avaiable when your new school year resumes. 

Child must have started Kindergarten to be enrolled as school age.  Pre-k children are in the above category and are not considered to be school age by DCFS.  This rate is for full time weeks out of school such as summers and spring breaks.  Rate is based upon center not child's attendance.  We reserve one spot per child.  If your child does not attend a day tuition rates are not reduced.  We accept currently approved CCP cases & private pay. 

School Buses pick up for Ridgely Elementary School, Washington Middle School and Lincoln Magnet Middle School at our facility.   Breakfast provided by facility.

Days and Times can vary based upon school district and current COVID regulations.  Xfinity high speed internet provided at daycare. Parents required to provide device, head phones, child's passwords and school schedule on remote learning days.  Two full time staff members are dedicated to ensuring school age children complete remote learning requirements including zoom meetings, homework, etc while at daycare.  Contract required.  This applies to children hybrid models or as school needs change.
